Using my own personal story, audiences are taken through an interactive journey exploring my origin story, trails, tribulations and current achievements. In some settings (and where time permits) I also give a private screening and Q&A of my award-winning film ‘AMANI’.

After climbing out of depression, PTSD and anxiety after being stabbed, I’ve made more effort to prioritise being kind to myself. Whenever I speak about my mental health and wellness journey I’m an open book for my audience, hopefully encouraging them to take one more step towards being their best self.
